Booking Policy: At time of booking you will be required to leave a card on file. A $50 booking fee which will be charged and applied to your service. Booking fees are refundable if appointments are cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Refund policy: All packages and single treatments are non-refundable. If you no longer wish to proceed with a package of services you’ve purchased, you will be given the balance as a credit to be used towards any other Avec Elle service. Booking fees are refundable if appointments are cancelled with at least 24 hours notice.

Cancellation policy:

At Avec Elle, your time and satisfaction are very important to us. To ensure that we can provide all of our clients with the highest level of care and service, we kindly ask that you respect our cancellation policy:

Appointment Cancellations & Rescheduling:
We require at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment changes or cancellations, consultations included. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client who may be waiting.

Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $75 cancellation fee, which will be charged to the card on file.

No-Shows:
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee. Multiple no-shows may result in the loss of booking privileges.

Late Arrivals:
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, we may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid disrupting other clients. Full service charges may still apply.
