Terms of Service

Welcome to New You Weight Loss Clinic & Med Spa LLC, doing business as Avec Elle Beauty Bar (“Avec Elle”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By scheduling an appointment or purchasing services through Avec Elle Beauty Bar, you (“client”, “you”, or “your”) agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

2. Booking Policy

To secure your appointment, a valid credit or debit card is required at the time of booking. A $50 booking fee will be charged and applied toward your scheduled service.

• The booking fee is refundable only if the appointment is canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy (see Section 4).
• If you fail to cancel or reschedule in time, the booking fee may be forfeited or additional charges may apply.

3. Refund Policy

• All packages and single treatments are non-refundable once purchased.
• If you decide not to proceed with a pre-paid package, the remaining balance will be issued as a credit that may be used toward other services at Avec Elle Beauty Bar.
• Booking fees are refundable only if appointments are canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice.

No refunds will be issued for missed appointments or late cancellations.

4. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

We value your time and appreciate your respect for ours. Please observe the following cancellation terms:

Appointment Changes:

• Changes or cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance, including for consultations.

Late Cancellations:

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged a $75 cancellation fee, automatically billed to the card on file.

No-Shows:

• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
• Repeated no-shows may result in suspension of future booking privileges.

Late Arrivals:

• Arriving more than 10 minutes late may result in a shortened or rescheduled service.
• Full service fees will still apply, even if the service is shortened.

5. Payments

All major credit and debit cards are accepted. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise stated.

6. Service Disclaimer

Avec Elle Beauty Bar provides wellness and aesthetic services that may not be suitable for all individuals. Clients are responsible for disclosing medical history, allergies, or any contraindications prior to treatment. We reserve the right to refuse service if a treatment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate for the client.

7. Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue services to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to inappropriate behavior, repeated policy violations, or medical contraindications.

8. Changes to Terms

Avec Elle Beauty Bar reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
